Entries are invited for: ALL A FLUTTER - A Quilting Exhibit
Exhibit dates - May 13 & 14 Entries are invited for a Quilting Exhibit to be held in May. Participation is open to Bay Area residents. All quilts to be made of cloth or the principal medium should be of cloth fiber content. Quilts must be equipped for hanging with a four inch casing SEWN to the back of the quilt. All entries must include a label with identification information sewn to it.
Hand-deliver entries, completed application and fees to the SSF Municipal Services Building at 33 Arroyo Drive, in South San Francisco on Wednesday, May 11th, between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. The event will take place on Friday and Saturday, May 13th and 14th, at the South San Francisco Municipal Services Building. Exhibit hours are Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is open to the public, and admission is free.

2016 Utility Box Mural Project - Public Art Opportunity in South San Francisco
The Cultural Arts Commission invites artists and creative community members to Color Our Streets EXTRAORDINARY by transforming drab utility boxes into awe-inspiring works of art! Distinctive images that celebrate beauty, offer a positive outlook and create a sense of place are welcome. Designs that reflect the history, character or culture of South San Francisco are encouraged.
