Meditation with Pablo Gonzalez

We will focus on mindfulness meditation, which is a practice based on being conscious and experiencing the present moment. After providing basic instruction, there will be a silent 20-minute meditation session that will be followed by a discussion on meditation. Participants are recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion or pillow. Participants who do not bring their own cushion or pillow may use a chair or a yoga mat provided by the library.
