Main - Nutrition and Wellness Series: Meal Planning, Shopping Lists, and Intuitive Eating

Samantha Finkelstein, RD and Britni Snow, MA are two anti-diet, weight-neutral individuals with collective backgrounds in nutrition and psychology. Their presentation will provide young adults in attendance with information to help develop positive body image and take care of their bodies in a balanced, flexible, and intuitive way. Samantha and Britni will discuss why there is no such thing as a "bad food", and the ways we can trust our bodies to take care of us when we feed them consistently and keep our food choices extremely flexible. Samantha and Britni's approach comes from the books Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size. More information on this approach can be found at rediscovernutritionllc.com
