East of 101 Access Plan is Underway!
The City and consultant Fehr & Peers are evaluating multi-modal transportation improvements to the job rich area east of US-101 and the Bay waterfront. The Plan will develop an implementation strategy for future Capital Improvement Program budgets based on feedback from City residents and employees. Each community meeting will be summarized here and follow-up documents shared for anyone who cannot attend a meeting.

- Stakeholder Outreach Meeting #2 will be held in early November, 2018 to share a comprehensive list of possible transportation projects for ranking and prioritization. Email Tony Rozzi with the Planning Division if you would like to be included in the invite list (all previous attendees will also be included, too).

Development Activity and Major Projects List
The Planning Division prepares a current project list of all citywide commercial, office/ R&D, industrial, and mixed-use/ residential projects that are either recently entitled, under review, or under construction.
