South San Francisco is home to dozens of parks, ranging from large community parks, to specialty parks, providing gathering places for families and friends to get outside, play sports, and exercise. This past June, the South San Francisco City Council voted to invest more than six million dollars to better its parks and sports fields over the next several years.

  • Southwood baseball field renovation
  • Alta Loma baseball field, tennis courts, and  playground
  • Avalon baseball field
  • Hillside soccer field
  • Sellick Park playground
  • Gardiner Park playground
  • Newman and Gibbs playground
  • Dundee Park playground
