The Administration Division is responsible for the department’s business services including  finances and human resources functions, coordination and implementation of the Capital Improvement Program, staff support for the Parking Place Commission and oversight of the downtown Parking District, collaboration with SSF Scavenger for citywide compliance for solid waste landfill diversion and recycling,  citywide transportation initiatives including management of the Free South City Shuttle, implementation of the bike share pilot program, and partnership with Scoop for carpool.
