This one day session will help you start the process of getting into a home using resources - including FTHB loans and Below Market Rate (BMR) homes - offered by the city.

Many homeowners around the country lie awake each night pondering whether they are going to be able to keep a roof over their head. If this sounds familiar or if you are having concerns about making your mortgage payments you may want to consider speaking with a HUD-approved homeownership counselor. The Homeowner’s HOPE Hotline also offers information about contacting a HUD approved counselor and their phone number is 888-995-HOPE. Counselors at the HOPE Hotline are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week
