The Community Learning Center’s educational programs, which focus on family support and community building, assist South San Francisco residents in reaching their full potential. The way the program originated and the principles that guide the delivery of services make the Center unique. Community residents, through their participating in a survey, outlined ten priorities. Residents and staff from the City, Library, School District and community-based organizations worked together in a way that was unprecedented to build a Center in Old Town.
