Forms Search Page:
Welcome to the forms search page for the city of South San Francisco. This
page will guide you to the form that you are looking for. There are three
different ways to search for the form that you are looking for.

Search using a keyword. – Type in a keyword into the search box such as a
name, title or some other item that will identify the form that you are
looking for and click the search button. Any form that contains your
keyword(s) will be displayed on the results page.

Search by Letter – If you know the name of the form that you are looking for
you can narrow the search very quickly by selecting a letter from the list
below. The letter that you select will be the first letter of the name of
the form that you are searching for such as “T” for Traffic Advisory
Committee form.

Departmental Search – If you are unsure of the name of the form, or of what
the content is but you know that it belongs to a specific department you can
click on one of the department links to the left to filter only the forms
that belong to that specific department.
