Building Maintenance Division
Responsibilities
The Building Maintenance Division:
- Provides janitorial, preventative maintenance services, and necessary building and related equipment repairs to all of the City’s facilities, including interior and exterior work.
- Builds and/or installs items involving finish carpentry.
- Performs a variety of tasks, which includes moving furniture, pick-up of recycled paper, and many other miscellaneous tasks as required.
- Maintains service records and time logs.
- Set up rooms and building for meeting and other special events.
