Explore Your Roots Art Show

Next date: Friday, October 11, 2024 | 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM

Join us for the final 2024 art show featuring works inspired by the exploration of the artist's origin through the lens of heritage, abstract symbolism or personal stories. Explore amazing 2D and 3D artworks on exhibit.

Check out the following opening weekend activities.

• Friday October 11, after 6:30PM - The SSF Recreation Department’s Mexican Dance students will present brief demonstrations of Mexican Folklórico dance.
• Saturday, October 12, 1:30PM to 3:00PM (while supplies last) - Local artist, Evangelina Portillo, will conduct a Day of the Dead Mini Tin Shrine Altar craft activity (ages 5 years and up, one per person)

Additional open gallery dates will follow the show, Monday through Friday, October 15 through 25, 10:00 AM  to 5:00 PM.
