Housing Successor Agency Annual Reports
The City of South San Francisco is the housing successor agency to the former South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. The majority of the City's housing assets were transferred from the former Agency when it dissolved pursuant to the Dissolution Act in 2012 (enacted by Assembly Bills x1 26 and subsequent legislation). With dissolution, the former Agency's affordable housing rights, powers, assets, liabilities, duties, and obligations, excluding any amounts in the Agency's Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund, were transferred to the City.
This document reports on housing successor finances and activities as required by law.
