Movie Night + Field Day

Our first Movie Night in the Park this summer will feature a free film screening on Friday, July 18. In conjunction with our July is Parks & Recreation Month celebration, we will be featuring additional activities prior the film screening. This year marks the 40th anniversary of Parks and Recreation Month. This event is FREE for all ages.

• Friday, July 18 – Moana 2 at Orange Memorial Park. July is Parks and Recreation Month! Join us for an extra special evening of presentation, activities, and more! Event Schedule
  • Lawn Games Begin: 6:00 P.M. Arrive early and enjoy a variety of fun games for all ages!
    • Volleyball
    • Cornhole
    • Connect 4
    • Jenga
    • Inflatable Target
    • Ring Toss
    • Tic Tac Toe

• Free hot dog giveaway: 6:30 p.m. (July Movie Night only.) Free hot dogs while supplies last – first come, first serve!
• Pre-Film Entertainment: 7:00 p.m. Live Performance –Hawaiian Hula Show featuring SSF Parks and Recreation participants

• Friday, August 22 – Inside Out 2 at Martin Elementary School Ballfield.

Movies begin at sundown (approx. 8:20 p.m.). Don’t forget your snacks, drinks, low chairs, blankets, and sleeping bags!
