French Movie Night - The Student and Mr. Henri

Join us for a showing of The Student and Mr. Henri (L'étudiante et Monsieur Henri) in the original French with English subtitles. Snacks will be provided.
Veteran star Claude Brasseur plays the cantankerous Mr. Henri in this riotous comedy of bad manners and good intentions. Bitterly opposed to the relationship between his son Paul and the flighty Valérie, Henri strikes upon a devious plan. He offers free board to attractive student Constance, who, desperate to make her own way, agrees to use her charms to drive the couple apart.
We also hold French Conversation Group on Thursday evenings when there is not a film showing.
