The Community Civic Campus project will be built in phases.

The new buildings will highlight innovation in design of multi-functional, multi-user, interactive facilities. This project will create a visually distinct, high-profile civic presence, and contribute to meeting the City’s commitment to being a great place to live, work, learn and play.

Phase One: Police Operations & 911 Dispatch Center

The new 43,000 square foot Police Operations & 911 Dispatch Center will be a sophisticated modern facility. This facility will reduce police emergency response times and enhance public safety by providing a state-of-the-art Emergency Response Center.

Phase Two: Library, Parks & Recreation and Community Theater/Council Chamber

The new Library and Parks & Recreation building is on 6.5-acres surrounded by El Camino Real, Chestnut Avenue, and Antoinette Lane. The building is three-levels and includes entrances from both Antoinette Lane and along El Camino Real.
